We always quality check all our images so if we think your image isn’t good enough, we’ll send you an email to ask for another image. If we do request a new photograph from you, remember that it will probably affect your delivery time (only by a few days).

Please note since our artists have to spend hours drawing your custom portrait - It is not possible to provide you a preview BEFORE you place your order.
Artwork Modifications: If you are not happy after seeing the digital preview of your portrait, you can ask for unlimited revisions - free of charge.
Artwork Damage: If your artwork arrives damaged, we will send you a reprint free of charge.
